The centre is open to the public for casual bookings. To make a booking, simply call us on 5996 2055,
or send through an email with your name, contact information and time you'd like to book.
Court space can sometimes be hard to get in the evening, so booking ahead as far as possible is recommended.

Gym Members

$10 per person for unlimited squash up until 5.00pm Weekdays Squash is a racquet sport played by 2 or four players
in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. The players must alternate in striking the ball with their racquet
and hit the ball.

Health Benefits

Squash provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. In one hour of squash, a player may expend approximately
600 to 1000 food calories (3,000 to 4,000 kJ) The sport also provides a good upper and lower body workout by utilising
both the legs to run around the court and the arms and torso to swing the racquet.
